Description
This finca (traditional Ibizenca country house) is 300 years old. It was renovated using the same building techniques from the past using natural materials such as stone and wood. Located on a vast land of 40,000 m2, the house of 250 m2 has 5 doubles bedrooms (2 suites and a double room with individual beds are all equipped with SHQ latex mattresses and air conditioning); fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). dining room, lounge equipped with a 32 inches plasma TV, DVD HD/mp3 player, satellite receiver, Pionner Home Cinema HDMI 5.1, iPod adaptors, Internet WiFi; 3 complete bathrooms.
In the interior can enjoy a comfortable and cosy living space with a rustic furniture that gives the house a unique character. On the outdoor terrace of 500 m2 you will find a covered barbecue area of 50 m2, a swimming pool, a chill out pergola, gardens and a magnificent rock pond.
